We continue to advocate for additional funding. If you previously submitted an inquiry, please call (520) 724-2505 and speak with one of the Pima County staff to see whether your case is eligible for assignment to a caseworker.
Applying does not guarantee funding. Funding is dependent on availability and whether the applicant meets federal eligibility requirements.

The Emergency Eviction Legal Services team can connect eligible tenants with legal services, help litigants navigate the eviction process, and connect individuals with other resources like job assistance.

What if I need assistance and didn’t apply to the online portal?
We are not accepting additional inquiries of the Emergency Rental Assistance Program at this time. You can apply for Pima County Emergency Service Network for assistance. All financial assistance programs are based on income eligibility and the availability of funds and/or appointments.
