Eviction Prevention and Resources

Tucson and Pima County Eviction Prevention/
Rental Assistance Utility Relief Program

Funded by Pima County Community Action Agency and the Arizona Department of Economic Security.

We continue to advocate for additional funding. If you previously submitted an inquiry, please call (520) 724-2505 and speak with one of the Pima County staff to see whether your case is eligible for assignment to a caseworker.

Applying does not guarantee funding. Funding is dependent on availability and whether the applicant meets federal eligibility requirements.

If you are facing eviction, please visit Emergency Eviction Legal Services or call (520) 724-3357.
