Compass Affordable Housing, Inc. (CAH) believes that all people, no matter their income, should have the opportunity to live in safe, decent and affordable housing. We believe that housing is healthcare and support efforts by organizations to expand and strengthen housing and services for low and moderate-income persons, including those with special needs. The mission of Compass Affordable Housing, Inc. is to improve the quality of family and community life by developing, producing and managing low-cost affordable housing affordable on the local, state and national level. CAH works with private developers and other organizations to develop housing that adds value to the neighborhood, both physical and social. We support and work with communities to revitalize urban areas with well-designed and well-built projects.
